Digital products are delivered electronically via download link sent to your email address immediately after payment confirmation. You are responsible for providing a valid email address and ensuring you can receive our communications.

Excel templates, Word documents, and other editable tools included with digital products may be customized for your specific use. However, the underlying structure, formulas, and methodologies remain our intellectual property.

Purchasers of digital products receive free updates for 12 months from the date of purchase. Updates include regulatory changes, market data refreshes, and minor corrections. Major new editions may be offered at a discounted upgrade price.

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all digital products. If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. After 14 days, all sales are final.

For consulting services, invoices are due within 30 days of the invoice date. Late payments may incur a 2% monthly interest charge and may result in suspension of services until payment is received.
